Works in the field of quality and environmental management since 1999. Joined ADJ Consulting team at 2004 and holds a post of a project manager.
Responsible for project and human resource management. Leads ADJ Consulting internal ISO 9001:2000 quality management system process.
Managed or participated in five significant projects, including first Russian SA 8000:2001 (social responsibility standard) certification project.
Qualified for successful management systems implementation and improvement on the basis of common models ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, SA 8000:2001 and extensions to them.
- Doctor’s degree in ecology;
- Expert auditor of environmental management systems (certificate of Environmental Management Systems Auditor / Lead Auditor - BVQI, 2005);
- Expert auditor of quality management systems (certificate ISO 9000:2000 Series Auditor / Lead Auditor - SGS, 2006).
