- To reshape the management structure in order to guarantee stable quality assurance process in two local manufacturing plants.
- To get company’s quality management system prepared for ISO 9001:2000 certification.
- Production manufacturing management system has been re-built to comply with requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
- Quality management was taken to the higher level of maturity.
- Mechanisms, that allow permanent improvements and necessary innovations without loss of management quality, have been implemented.
